Write for us
We welcome original pitches about aims, habits, practice, setbacks and reflection, especially pieces that give readers one clear idea to consider without promising a guaranteed transformation.
What to pitch
Propose a focused article with a distinct subject and a useful central thought. We are interested in clear explanations, thoughtful comparisons, background pieces, careful examinations of common assumptions and guides to a particular moment or setting. The idea should stand on its own without requiring readers to consult a professional or follow local rules.
What makes a strong proposal
Tell us who the intended reader is, what question the piece will address and what makes your approach different from a broad overview. Include a brief outline, relevant experience if you wish, and any sources or factual claims that would need checking. Avoid unsupported promises, generic motivational language and material that has already appeared elsewhere.
How to send it
Send proposals through the Contact page and choose the editorial reason for writing. A pitch is a proposal, not a guarantee of publication; please wait for a response before sending a complete manuscript.
Progress grows through attention
We look beyond grand resolutions to the choices people can notice, revisit and adapt. There is no single pace or route that suits everyone.
